Terms of Service
By creating an account or using LITHOVEX AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. Read them before using the platform.
Using the service
Users must be at least 13 years old and are responsible for activity on their accounts, protecting login credentials, complying with applicable law, and reviewing content they generate or publish.
Connected Google services
When you connect Google Calendar or Gmail, you direct LITHOVEX AI to read or make changes through the AI interface. Actions are performed at your direction, and you can revoke those permissions in your Google Account settings.
Anti-abuse policy
Prohibited conduct includes creating multiple accounts to bypass limits, sending bulk or spam email, using automation to harm or exploit the platform, and impersonating others in communications.
Intellectual property and service availability
LITHOVEX retains its rights in the service, software, designs, trademarks, and content. User-created content remains subject to these Terms and applicable AI-provider policies. Features may change or be suspended, and uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Liability, termination, and changes
The Terms describe limits on liability, account termination for violations, dispute resolution, and how material changes are communicated. Users may stop using the service and cancel a subscription if dissatisfied.
